When comes to choosing a best kitchen knife with the limited amount of money it will allways difficult task for any cook.
You have to balance the scale where you don't want to go and buy cheap product to save money and compromise the quality.
However in other hand you if you're on a limited budget then you can go and pick any knife from Global brand or similar because they will very expensive.
Luckily today I will tell you what good knives which will fit your budget and also will be adequate quality.
If you're very tight on your budget then the obvisous choice Farberware. It has very good blade for the money but the value of the kinfe ends there because handle is cheap and also it can easily get chipped. Not recommend if you're planning to use it for long time.
If you bbudget is bit more flexible then I would recommend Ginsu because they are made in america. They are made from japense steel however quality will range according to price of each model. Be sure to clean the blades really well if you want to use the knife for long time.
If you really have good budget but looking to get most of your money then the good option is to get one of the following JA Henckels, Calphalon and Chicago Cutlery. These are very high quality knifes with excellent build and blade.
Food prices are soaring. Increased demand from developing economies, rising fuel prices, poor weather ruining harvests.
